Cheapest app for Windows Phone 7 will be launching in 22 countries

Image
After receiving a Windows 7 phone from Microsoft New Zealand, I have spent some time developing in C#. This app is called Cheapest which will help you to calculate the average price among the entries. Once you click the Cheapest button, it will highlight the cheapest item for you. I am running a survey of icon to be used in my app. All of these are hand-drawn, kind of hard work though the designers out there will say it is amateur drawing. Wholesale price of Android smartphone from Fastcardtech.com

As a frequent shopaholic of electronic gadgets, I am a frequent buyer in eBay , buying up cheap stuff. While searching for an Android smartphone in eBay, I stumbled upon a cheap smartphone and started reviewing this smartphone. As usual, I would seek to find the cheapest smartphone in the world. Yes, you may say that I am dumb buying a smartphone from China! Most of my colleagues/friends kept discouraging me to buy branded item. Guess what, those branded item is made in China, too. I disregard their advise, the most I will lose is US$200+ and if it works, it is going to be awesome. Anyway, I have gotten a free Unlocked GSM Pre 2 from Palm. After that, was roped in for a webOS Competition as a judge. I was then given 2 free HP TouchPad 32GB from HP and a bag of accessories which contains Dock Charger, Wireless Keyboard, International Chargers, TouchPad cover. This is pretty awesome. Unfortunately, I am still waiting for my Microsoft Windows 7 phone from Microsoft, which I guess the

Ubuntu versus Debian

Image
It is time for me to reinstall my laptop. What should I choose as the main OS? Debian is pretty cool and lightweight as compared to Ubuntu. Unfortunately, the trend is not too good. Ubuntu, on the other hand requires a little more resources than Debian. The interestingly fact is that the trend is showing me something else. Have a look at this live trend from Google . Otherwise, this is as of February 25, 2012. Ubuntu is blue. Debian is red. I can see Debian is getting less popular, but I couldn't install the resource hungry Ubuntu, so proceeded with Debian 6 (Squeeze).

Steps to install Skype (based on 2.2.0) onto AT&T Pre 3 webOS 2.2.4

I have a Pre 2 unlocked and I have doctored the device to 2.2.4. It comes with Skype and it has date and time on messaging now. It seems that this upgrade has given some life to my aging Pre 2. Once I have upgrade this, it seems that my Pre 2 is speedier which is awesome. After contemplating for a while, I have decided to take this weekend to upgrade my Pre 3.Downloaded from webOS Internal , I have set an adventure to see if Skype is possible on a locked Pre 3 (AT&T). After doctoring, unfortunately, it says that my existing Skype account in my Pre 3 is not available on this device. Now it is time for me to push Skype in. After trying to utilise the new Skype app from webOS 2.2.4, unfortunately, it didn't work as expected as HP has embedded into Enyo framework. I am reluctant to extract those changes. Then I look back to my Pre 2 Skype app installation, I realised that the filename was similar but the size is different. Pre 3 webOS 2.2.4 Skype app size: 311.9kb (30 Novembe
